Introduction
This document establishes the operational rules and legal framework for the Hostly platform. By accessing or using Hostly services, the user acknowledges, understands, and agrees to these terms.
1. Scope of Service and WhatsApp Integration
Hostly is an automated messaging solution designed to optimize communication workflows. The system operates in integration with WhatsApp, a third-party service infrastructure. Hostly users are obligated to comply with the communication, commerce, and usage policies set by Meta (WhatsApp). Hostly bears no responsibility for accounts suspended due to Meta policy violations.
2. User Responsibilities
The user bears full legal responsibility for all content transmitted via Hostly. Spam, misleading information, distribution of illegal content, or unsolicited mass messaging are strictly prohibited. In the event of a violation, Hostly reserves the right to terminate the service without prior notice.
3. Account and Data Security
Maintaining the confidentiality of account access credentials is the sole responsibility of the user. Hostly is not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from unauthorized access.
4. Cancellation and Termination
Subscription plans remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. Hostly retains the unilateral right to terminate accounts that compromise system integrity or violate these terms.
5. Limitation of Liability
Hostly exerts maximum effort to ensure uninterrupted automation processes. However, no legal liability is accepted for business losses resulting from downtimes or delays caused by third-party APIs (e.g., WhatsApp).
